After the local elections in May 2022, camera, lights, sound, and action are something I have been saying a lot. Video-Shoot Productions takes me worldwide, from Africa, Europe and Japan—filming for charities, companies and myself. Sometimes at beautiful remote locations.
Before May the 5th, 2022, I was a Labour Councillor for eight years and six years on the front bench, and since then, it has been a roller coaster. I intend to stay in politics, but time will tell how that will play out. I still get many calls from residents asking for help, and I politely pass their requests on to relevant talented Labour councillors.
My values are still the same, such as building on the slogan, “Love for All, Hatred for None”. I very much want to see an end to extremism, discrimination, and racism. And live in a society where equal opportunities exist all over. I still experience and see it today.
Always a hard working and dedicated Councillor,a genuine loss for Hounslow Council and residents. I also consider you a friend and am sure you will be back.
Hanif worked tirelessly for his constituents and the borough. Always cheerful, positive and constructive, he remains a source of strength for progressive and kind politics everywhere.
